Our First Holiday !!!
YAY I'M ON HOLIDAY!Alex seems excessively happy about being on his first holiday.
Yes, we all decided to brave it and went for a 4 night stay at Center Parcs in Nottingham forest.
It was great fun for the kids, but VERY hard work for me and Maxine...

We decided to buy Chris this new wizards robe! (or at least, that's what we told him, it's really one of my old t-shirts!)
Chris shows me how to work the stereoI don't know where he gets it from, but he's a whiz with working electronics and pressing buttons...here he says "crumbs Dad, all you have to do is press THIS button, anyone knows THAT!"
Alex checks out the holiday villaWhile Maxine and I slept as snug as bugs in a rug in our nice villa, we convinced Alex that this was where he had to sleep...
He didn't seem to mind though...
Hard labour...it builds character...Chris gets to work on the new diamond mine I told him to start digging...well, these kids have to pay their way you know!

I used to have a Wizards robe, but as I grew and grew it eventually became a halter top and for decencies sake I had to stop wearing it.
Hang on Barkfoot, you say you haven't been able to wear that top...I was sure that's what you had on in the pub the other week!
