YAY! We made a mess!
Oh well...once upon a time we had a lovely lounge...
Now it looks like this most of the time!
Also, see how happy the lads are with themselves...tut..tut...tut
Stuck in a box...
No excuses here...they ARE boys after all!
There is nothing better than getting in, on or under something you're not supposed to...
Two Little Princes
Here are the boys in their home-made crowns - note the jaunty and rather dashing feather - and of course, cloaks...
And below, a couple of pictures where I was trying to get them to smile with me, but no, that was not to be...look at our silly faces!

Dressed for success...
The boys were going out on a serious date.
I don't know who with or where (how bad a Dad am I!) but as you can see from the pic, Alex was very casual about the whole thing - check the hand in the pocket and the jaunty stance!
Daddy's little helpers
In the summer, I decided to modify the boys playhouse. We added another door and I glazed the windows...it's so nice and cosy in their now the boys could sleep in it!!
Hey, that gives me an idea...
(just kidding)
In the Park
Ah, summer...warm sun and happy days...
Yes, seems so long ago, right? So I thought I'd put this pic up.
The boys are seen here with their wellingtons on, in the stream, playing with their toy boats.
As you can guess, their trousers, vests and nappies all ended up soaking wet...good job mommy took a change of clothes![
Alex and "the cream"
Ah, yes, this was a special day...
I was in the USA on business, and Maxine was therefore home alone.
Because the boys have seen mommy applying so many creams (ahem!) Alex became obsessed with the whole thing.
One morning, after the boys had woken up and started to play in their room, they discovered a pot of - wait for it - Vaseline in their wardrobe.
Alex decided it was "cream" and spent quite some time applying it...as you can see here.
Maxine didn't know whether to laugh or cry...
