New Swings Mean New FUN!
The boys FINALLY get to try their new swing. It was ordered from Argos several weeks before their June birthday and it has arrived now, at the end of July.

Oh well...

I have not finished assembling ALL the bits, there's a see-saw and a slide to be attached yet, but at least the lads can test the swings to make sure they like them...and I think they do!

Moving the furniture...
I came rushing back into the lounge at the sound of Christian crying to find this scene before my eyes...

The lads had emptied the ball pool and carried/dragged it across the lounge (yes, over the coffee table) and seemed to be trying to install it on the sofa.

Now what puzzles me more than this, is why Alex is smiling...and Chris is crying...

I never did get to the bottom of that...

No, honestly, this is not a Time Tunnel...it's just Alex looking all a-glow with colour!

Canvas-based fun!
At the weekend - yes, you remember, the one day we had of summer this year - we bought a garden playset for the lads. It consists of a tent, a tower and a connecting tunnel...

They like it...

Unfortunately, since the maiden outing in the garden, it has constantly been used in the lounge due to the bad weather...oh well...

Take a look at the cat and dog glove puppets I have on...I thought the lads seemed to quite like these, though for some reason they keep attempting to hide them under the sofa...

Bye-bye Samuel & Joseph
This is the last time all the twins will be together as Samuel and Joseph are moving away from the area.

Chris - Looking like a Toddler not a Baby
Here's Chris, in his winter coat...in July...yes, we've had rain every single day since the end of May...anyway, back to the lads...

Chris and Alex have all the usual baby clothes: jeans, t-shirts, coats etc and it never ceases to surprise me how grown up they look when they are wearing them. Chris is starting to walk now, and here he is all dressed up and ready to go!










Alex - Sitting, Relaxing
Little Alex, also in his "grown up clothes". He looks cute too, but he's not as steady on his feet yet. I tried to get him to stand up for a picture, but I think he was not so sure about the feel of trainers on his feet as he kept wanting to sit down!

Still, it won't be long before he's asking for football boots to be put on his feet, let alone trainers!
