Alex + Exercise = Sleep

Alex, errr, exercises...
This is Alex.

Whenever he's expected to do some tummy-time-exercises, it usually ends up in him lying on his face, sucking his hand.

It's not that he can't do his exercises, just that he's too laid back to be bothered about them!

All babies need tummy time...it takes the weight off their backs and heads...and strengthens the neck and shoulders...so here we have the 2 victims all setup with towels to make things harder for them!
